Description

This document reflects the changes discussed in the Steering Committee Meeting of February 18th, 2010. It is placed here to allow members to review to insure that the changes reflect the intent of the discussion. Changes should be sent to the OpenCSA mailing list. If no changes are received prior to March 1st, 2010, this document will become final and operational effective on that date.
