OpenOffice version of XTemp draft.
- renamed eTSM as XTemp.
- renamed "effect" as "X-effect".
- replacing proprietary XML notation by Compact RelaxNG notation.
- moved two "Complete Examples" E1 and E2 in Appendix A.
- added section 3.1 "General Execution Semantics" that consolidates content from other sections on the topic.
- updated content for "event catching".
- updated COnformance section (simplified).
