Description

This is a standalone Eclipse Help InfoCenter for testing and discussion purposes. The easiest way to install this system on Windows is to unzip the files to c:\eclipse_dhsc. Instructions for use can be found at http://wiki.oasis-open.org/dita/DITA_Help_Eclipse_Help_Standalone.
