Description
A new part 2 editor draft with these changes:
- Cleanup of Note labels: All of them are now bold, spelled "Note" and appear at the start of paragraph or line. For sections that contain more than one note, the note labels are numbered (as required by ISO directives)
- In 6.18.9 there was one "offset note" that was not contained in an annotation section.
- A few times the term "hyperbola" was a hyperlink to wikipedia. The hyperlink has been removed (alternatively, it may be turned into a note).
