Description

Suggested revisions all in respect to Transactive / TeMIX profile.

Since Transactive is a term used by several parties and TeMIX is a very specific set of messages, I suggest TeMIX have a profile just as OpenADR has a profile, but it does not cover all DR.

Other parties may eventually develop other Transactive profiles.

I alos recommend that the IRC post a profile for its DR approach as well as its markets.
