Description

Updates 4/4/2011 to Guidelines mostly to align with new TA model (no more TA sets) and new TA markup (a simplified TA set extension). See diffs.
- Section 2.1: added the "Aligning Implementations" benefit, from the latest TA model. Minor rewording aligning with same text in TA model.
- In 2.2: Fig #2: replace "defines conformance profile for" with just "define conformance for". Also aligned the text in 2.2. with latest in TA model.
- In 3.1.3: align the wording of the "TA semantics" with wording in TA model.
- In table in 3.1.4: removed lines that refer to a TA set model.
- In TA markup section 5.3, updated example to conform to latest TA set markup proposed, with "common" element.
