Candidate CND 03 of TA Guidelines that makes sure to position its content as non normative ((odt).
- in 1.2, state more clearly that the doc is NOT about defining a TA model, but about best practices in applying such a TA model.
- in 2.2, removed a "must" statement that appears as normative (and that is already in TA model).
- in 3.1.1: add a note that this TA model outline is just a reminder of what is already defined in the TA model spec.
- in 4.1, transformed 2 "must" into "shoulds" more fitting of a best practices doc.
