A zip file containing the EDXL Distribution Element version 2.0 Working Draft 05, in its normative .odt format, approved by the Emergency Management Technical Committee to become a committee specification draft and public release draft at the EM TC meeting of November 8, 2011, as recorded in the minutes at http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/emergency/download.php/44385/Draft%20Meeting%20Notes%2011-8-11.doc. The zip includes:
(a) EDXL DE WD05 in .odt format;
(b) schema with supporting schema;
(c) examples.
