Description

Updated version of the WSDL and schemas. Now uses unified convention to handle collection and sequence types.

Includes operations:

- SYS_INFO_GET
- SYS_CAPA_GET
- WR_PUT

And the related data types. This includes most of the common and WRM model data types. Only the Work Request Status Record related data types are missing from the WRM section.

I will later upload proposed update to the spec document to address issues I noticed while modeling the XML schema.
