Jointly revised revision 02 of the input addressing following action items and issues:

2012-01-25-3: Action Item: Define way to reference custom reference data in repositories, e.g. to share it between Work Requests. Assigned to Johannes.

2012-03-21-1: Action Item, Johannes. Combine RD_GET and RD_GET_ALL operations. Check globally that RD_GET_ALL is removed from the specification.

2012-03-21-2: Action Item, Johannes. Add a list of batch operations in 8.8.3 Batch operation.

Removed and renamed agreed extra properties from Field Initiated Request Specification.
