Description

Input addressing the following Action Items and topics:

2012-01-25-4: Define structured (multi-level) selection lists.

2012-03-08-1: Action Item: List all enumerated primitive XML types in binding part of the spec. Assigned to Johannes.

2012-04-04: Action Item, Johannes : Remove FIR Template in Figure 20 Field Initiated Request, and rename FIR Template Repository. Field Initiated Request Specifications are stored in 8.11 “FieldInitiatedRequests” Repository.

Section 8.3.2.1.1 Reserved Repository Identifiers was out-of-date, as we replaced reserved "system." prefix by not using prefix for system repositories and requiring "X-" prefix for custom repositories.
