Here is a snapshot draft of where we are in producing a document that will eventually be raised as a candidate for public review. The draft is concerned with CPPA v 3 support for collaboration protocols from EDIINT, RosettaNet, ebXML, and WS-*
Support for ebBP 2 is also supplied.
While much of this could be regarded as refresh and maintenance, there is included an approach to extensibility (using substitution groups) that was a requirement from the original ebXML initiative and the OASIS charter.
