Description

New CSD03 TA Model candidate:
- terminology section 1.1.2 intro statement.
- remove "should" in places of section 2.
- @name in Var and Tag is now mandatory.
- put section 3.3 about test case deriving from test assertion, in new Appendix A, and refer to it from "Test Case" definition in Section 1.1.2
