Description

New candidate CSD03 TA Markup that aligns with the new TA Model proposed:
- added Heading 3 numbering
- fixed @sourcedoc type (anyURI)
- fixed the overriding semantics of @sourcedoc between TAref and TArefList (see 2.4.2, 2.4.3)
- added missing @taid definition.
- updated XML schema accordingly.
