Request direction from Steering Committee on Document URL Structure - Bryan Steering Committee meeting was not quorate last week so no update 4. New Issues None 5. Issue Discussion a. http://www.osoa.org/jira/browse/CCPP-1 Annotations are needed to specify intents (C++) Proposal here: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/sca-c-cpp/200710/msg00029.html Additional comments/discussion: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/sca-c-cpp/200710/msg00048.html - General direction of main proposal is correct: time needed to read carefully. - New issues to be raised for description of applying annotations to language elements. (Bryan to raise) b. http://www.osoa.org/jira/browse/CCPP-15 Make C++ conversational annotations consistent with Java Proposal here: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/sca-c-cpp/200710/msg00044.html - This introduces a change from the input documents forcing a migration. It is not an incompatible change since existing annotations can still be supported. - Charter requires migration guidelines. This would be first content. New issues to be raised for migration quitelines (David to raise) - Approve proposal with typo correction c. http://www.osoa.org/jira/browse/CCPP-2 Annotations are needed to control mapping from WSDL to C++ Hold pending resolution of WSDL - C++ round trip issue. 6. AOB - Timing of first Committee Draft: Wait until URL issues resolved, also wait for CD from Assembly TC. - References and Conformance section: We will have to add a conformance section; the guidelines are forthcomming. Assembly, Policy should be considered normative, WSDL->C++ document might be, need to consider language specifications. |
