A "No" vote indicates rejection of the spec (and its supporting files)
as Committee Draft.
"Abstain" indicates participation in the ballot without specifying an opinion.
Much activity has been going on to correct errors and ambiguities (thanks to all who helped). Please don't be shy about pointing out errors or ambiguities we missed. I'm confident there will be the ability for us to still cast a "yes" vote, with a stipulation that an error or ambiguity needs to be corrected.
Also, if you feel the current version lacks a feature you think is vital, feel free to cast a "no" vote.
