If the ballot to approve XRI Resolution v1.0 CD03 as a Committee Specification is successful (http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/xri/ballot.php?id=1446), does the TC then request to have the XRI Resolution v1.0 specification submitted to OASIS membership for OASIS Standard vote?
Additionally, this Specification Approval Motion includes a Designated Cross-Reference Change per Section 2.18 of the OASIS TC Process document to the following specification:
