If the ballot to approve Unstructured Information Management Architecture (UIMA) Version 1.0 as a Committee Specification is successful (http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/uima/ballot.php?id=1574), does the TC then request to have the specification submitted to OASIS membership for OASIS Standard vote?

This vote requires at least 2/3 of all voting members to vote in the affirmative.
