This is a revised ballot for the second F2F TC meeting. Please vote for all that you can attend.  The ballot will be closed 1 hour before the next TC conference call.
The "1 April" draft is to be reviewed prior to this F2F, and will be used as the basis for interoperability testing at this F2F.
