A "Special Majority Vote" is a TC vote in which at least 2/3 (two thirds) of the Voting Members vote "yes" and no more than 1/4 (one fourth) of the Voting Members vote "no". There are currently 12 Voting Members listed in the TC roster, so at least 8 positive votes will be needed to pass, and there may be no more than 3 negative votes. |
