Title ISO/IEC JTC 1 SC 37 Liaison
Description 
Kevin Mangold has served previously as the liaison between the OASIS BIAS TC and ISO/IEC JTC 1 SC 37 Working Group (WG) 2 for many years and has agreed to continue a similar relationship between SC 37 and the OASIS Biometrics TC. This new liaison relationship request would be for all of SC 37 and not just WG 2. This ballot is the official vote to approve Kevin as our TC's liaison.
