XACML V2.0 was submitted to and approved by ITU-T in 2006 as ITU Recommendation X.1142. This vote is to approve requesting OASIS submit XACML V3.0 OASIS Standard approved 22 January 2013 to the ITU-T as the revised version of that Standard.
This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote [2]. The TC roster currently lists 11 voting members. In order to pass, at least 8 (2/3 x 11) members have to vote Yes and no more than 2 (1/4 x 11) members may vote No.
