Do members of the Emergency Management TC agree to submit to ITU-T Study Group 17 (SG17) the OASIS Standard "Common Alerting Protocol Version 1.2" (CAP)[1], and to coordinate with SG17 experts to check for errata and develop suggestions for improvement of its ASN.1 schema, which the TC may incorporate in future versions of CAP?

This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote [2]. The TC roster currently lists 13 voting members. In order to pass, at least 9 members have to vote Yes and no more than 3 members may vote No.
