Do you approve https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/56928 as DITA V1.3 COS02 (replacing COS01) and submitting this to the OASIS membership for consideration for OASIS Standard?
Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA) Version 1.3 COS01 [1] completed its 60 day public review and received comments [2]. The TC has made changes to the Candidate OASIS Standard to address these comments. In accordance with section 3.4.2, ‘Public Review of a Candidate OASIS Standard’ of the OASIS TC Process [3], the TC affirms that:
(a) COS02 of DITA V1.3 (contained in https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/56928) contains changes from Candidate OASIS Standard 01;
(b) The changes are documented in the change log at https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/56930/dita-1.3-change-log-2.pdf;
(c) The changes are Non-Material; and
(d) The changes were made ONLY to address the comments received during the public review period as documented in https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/56930/dita-1.3-change-log-2.pdf
Passing this ballot will result in the publishing of Candidate OASIS Standard 02 and an OASIS membership ballot to consider approving it as an OASIS Standard.
This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote. The TC roster currently lists 16 voting members. In order to pass, at least 11 (2/3 x 16) members have to vote Yes and no more than 4 (1/4 x 16) members may vote No.
