Request a Special Majority Vote for the advancement of the draft virtio-v1.1-wd02 as a Committee Specification virtio-v1.1-cs01

Should the TC accept changes in the description as non material, and Request a Special Majority Vote for the advancement of the draft virtio-1.1-wd02 as a Committee Specification virtio-1.1-cs01?

Please vote Yes if you agree with all of the following.
If you disagree, please vote No.
If you don't have an opinion, please vote Abstain.

I move that:
The TC agrees to request a Special Majority Vote to advance the latest working
draft virtio-v1.1-wd02 which matches virtio-v1.1-csprd01 with non-material
changes as a Committee Specification virtio-v1.1-cs01.

Note: this is *not* a vote on releasing the Committee Specification:
if this motion passes, a vote will be initiated by OASIS.

The working draft can be found at:
https://github.com/oasis-tcs/virtio-docs/blob/master/virtio-v1.1-wd02.zip

The above archive also includes:
virtio-v1.1-wd02-diff-from-v1.1-csprd01 - highlighting changes from v1.1-csprd01

Reminder: A Voting Member must be active in a TC to maintain voting rights. As
the Virtio TC has adopted a standing rule to conduct business only by
electronic ballot, without Meetings, a Voting Member who fails to cast a ballot
in two consecutive Work Product Ballots loses his or her voting rights at the
close of the second ballot missed.
