Please vote on whether to close issue 87.1 or address it in the spec.  Note, this is an offical ballot, not a straw poll.  See the reference (http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-wsdl20-extensions-20040803/#app-data )for info on the WSDL application data feature.

[ ] The WS-BPEL TC should standardize in BPEL the way to access and set application data (as defined in WSDL 2.0).
[ ] Close with no change to the spec. The WS-BPEL TC should not standardize a way to use WSDL 1.1 web services in BPEL with the WSDL 2.0 extension for application data.
