On the 29th Dec 2006, The FWSI FE Sub-committee has unanimously voted to adopt the document (FE Specification version 2.00, date 20 December 2005) as the Committee Draft. As per minute in the 24th FWSI TC meeting (23rd Nov 2005), item 3, the committee hereby moved to freeze this document and submitted this document for public review. 

This ballot is to vote to support the motion to approve this document for public review.
