MOTION:
Shall the charter of the OASIS WS-SX TC be clarified as follows?

(1) Modify the following sentence in the charter:
c. Such mechanisms must not require the use of XPath 1.0 [21] but may provide it as an option.

TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
c. Mechanisms to protect SOAP header elements or the SOAP body element must not require the use of XPath [21] but may provide it as an option.

(2) Modify the following sentence in the charter:
The scope of the TCis work is to continue further refinement and finalization of the Input Documents to produce as output modular specifications that standardize the concepts, WSDL documents and XML Schema renderings of the areas described below.

(3) Modify the following sentence in the charter:
