The meeting will be a teleconference, and will count for voting elgibility. If you have been scarce, remember you must have attended at least two recent meetings to be elgible to vote on official matters, such as releasing a draft for public review

- Report from XML committee on 0.9 (or perhaps 0.91)
- Projected timeline for public review, including procedures for same
- Possible plug-fest, including formal OASIS interop discussion
