Section 5.2:

Consistency fixes, compare to Section 8.3.2.2.


Section 8.3.2.2:

Add the ability to store DataAttachmentValues and DataMatrixValues to Reference Data Repositories to make it possible to share large attachments and other data entities between Work Requests, as described in FFMII Requirements Section 6.3.1.

Support Dictionary values as declared in Section 5.2.
