Description

The OASIS PKCS#11 TC has been looking for a way to grow the PKCS#11 API for a future 3.x version.

In addition various other limitations have come to light related to extensibility and flexibility of the
2.x API.

This proposal seeks to solve these issues, and importantly, do so in a way that is compatible with PKCS#11 2.x and various undocumented extensions to its API.
