Description

Based on the positive experiences from issue processing e.g. in the OData TC [@ODataBP2012], I hereby propose the below workflow for issues processing to streamline the committee work, maximize transparency and ensure progress for the work products on standards track. This is the (R)Markdown source file used to produce the corresponding PDF output.
