Description

Rev 2 of corrections to GCM/CCM/GMAC.

This revision adds descriptions for the maximum IV and AAD sizes being 2^32 - 1 to be within the limits of CK_ULONG.

Fixed the description of the CCM data len to be 2^(8L)

Duplicated sections were also removed after comments from Daniel Minder.
