ECF 5.0 Working Draft 16. Renamed ecf:FilingAttorneyID in ecf:CaseOfficialAugmentation to ecf:AttorneyID and clarified definition of ecf:FlingAttorneyID. Clarified NotifyFilingReviewComplete is the response to cancel:CancelFilingMessage. Added nc:DocumentStatus to all documents. Fixed table in Section 4.1 to include Document Stamp MDE. Updated non-normative examples.
