Description

ECF 5.0 Working Draft 21. Renamed ecf:FiingParticipantID, ecf:AttorneyID and ecf:AttorneyID to ecf:ParticipantID and changed definition to be unique within the e-filing system. Replaced ecf:FilingParticipantID in ecf:CaseFilingType with ecf:DocumentFiler. Changed ecf:AffectedPartyID (a nc:IdentificationType) to ecf:AffectedParty (a nc:EntityType). Added cac:PaymentMandate to payment:PaymentMessage to support maximum payments. Added paymentreceipt.xml example.
