ECF 5.0 Working Draft 22. Changes cross-references to bookmarks. Restored example of attorney to party references in Section 6.3.1. Updated the definitions of ecf:ServiceRecipientID, ecf:ReceivingMDELocationID, ecf:ReceivingMDEProfileCode. Updated Sections 6.1.2, 6.1.9, 6.1.15, and 6.2.9. Moved and revised 6.2.6 Filing Identifiers to new 6.2.4 Message and Filing Identifiers. Revised 6.2.5 Document Identifiers. Updated UBL code lists in table in 4.3. Minor fixes to 4.3 and 5.1. Added guidance on date formats as new section B.5.
