Description
Wanted to publish the first working draft of the KMIP 2.0 Usage Guide so that we would have something to refer at the F2F meeting.
Included in this Draft
* Moved to latest OASIS template
* Removed sections which referred to KMIP content deprecated in 2.0
* Other editorial changes
Still to do
* Reorgnize section 3 to group like sections together and to align it more with the new KMIP 2.0 Spec organization.
* Incorporating outstanding KMIP 2.0 proposal UG content
* Put references in latest KMIP format
* Fix reference links in document
* Update KMIP cross-reference table for 2.0 (If TC still wants this).
