Under related work, added ECF 4.01 Errata 01. In Section 1,2, updated backward compatibility statement. Fixed minor typos. Clarified lack of backward compatibility in Section 2.1 Relationship to Prior Specifications. Clarified in Section 3.1 Major Design Elements that an MDE must support all required operations for the MDE. Added cardinality to operations in Section 4.1. Clarified in Section 5.2 Machine-Readable Court Policy that some form of machine-readable court policy must exist. Rewrote Sections 6.1.9 NotifyDocketingComplete and 6.1.20 NotifyFilingReviewComplete to improve clarity. Clarified the use of xsd/wrappers.xsd in Section 7 Service Interaction Profiles. Clarified compatibility with the Web Service SIP 5.01, removing SIP 2.0 and 2.1 and deprecating the use of Portable Media SIP in Section 7.3.
