Description
Version 02 of schema file for timestamping profile. No definition of prefix for the target namespace so that the definition of the types is equal to the one in the profile document (in version 01 the prefix tst was defined for the timestamp profile namespace, and then the definitions of the types included this prefix, whereas the profile document did not included it, which could have generated some confusion among readers.... Now the types definitions are exactly the same in both places.
