Meeting Minutes - February 15, 2008

  * Eric Nyberg will review pending revisions documented in the 03/02/07 
and 04/13/07 TC meeting minutes, and update Adam's latest posted version 
of the spec (Sections 4.1 and 4.3).

  * Thomas Hampp has started to review section 4.6 PE Metadata; it is already in fairly good shape. Thomas will continue to work on that section and also look at section 4.3 Base Type system.

  * Eric Nyberg will search OASIS site for requirements re: format & 
content of specification documents; contact Mary McCrae with any 
follow-up items

  * We reviewed the "Formal Specification" sections at the end of each Specification Element - the TC agreed this seems like the right organization.  We can decide to pull these out into a separate top-level "Formal Specification" section later.

  * For the Abstract Interfaces section, we agreed we should try to come up with some sort of Formal Specification constraints (such as must implement GetMetadata operation that returns PE Metadata object).  Adam will take a crack at drafting this for next time.

  * Goal: have another revision of the spec document to discuss in the next callarketing to make people aware of the forthcoming spec.  OASIS can help - Carl has used OASIS Webinars for this purpose.  We can contact Jamie Clark for support.
