As minuted by Stefan Drees during the meeting, combined with transcripts from chat trace and edited for readability. This revision is identical to the approved version in SVN. The web interface to the SVN seems to be unstable, often leading
to downloads of these minutes (revision 32) with size 0!
This renders these URLs useless, so this copy has been placed in Kavi.
