Yes I would request the editor propose for inclusion a paragraph describing the interaction/independenc­e between CKA_COPYABLE, CKA_MODIFIABLE and CKA_DESTROYABLE to be placed appropriately. I believe that is an editorial change/clarification rather than needing a separate formal proposal.
