The TC agrees to resolve the following specification issue:
Issue #101: document constant format

The spec inconsistently uses either the C #define or the C enum syntax to refer to numeric values in code listings. The C << operation is also sometimes used to refer to specific bits.
We should be explicit and consistent in all this.

specification.

Reminder: A Voting Member must be active in a TC to maintain voting rights. As
the Virtio TC has adopted a standing rule to conduct business only by
electronic ballot, without Meetings, a Voting Member who fails to cast a ballot
in two consecutive Work Product Ballots loses his or her voting rights at the
close of the second ballot missed.

IBM		 Abstain I've commented on the proposal. I'm pretty indifferent about this change, as I believe for some it can be helpful, while for some it can be a bother.
