The purpose of this TC is to develop and recommend technology for the transport, routing and packaging of business transactions using standard Internet technologies. This work will foster consistency across specifications developed in other forums and carry forward the work started in the ebXML Transport, Routing and Packaging project team. Further information on the ebXML Initiative can be found at http://www.ebxml.org. The TC intends to complete its work by December 31, 2002 and will reconsider its charter at that time.
