- Quorum *was* achieved (6 of 6 voting members attended)
- Voting status changes: None. 

2) Approve minutes from May 21 meeting.
- No one objected to approving the minutes as posted in the calendar-event.

3) SCIM Strategy (Prateek Mishra / Phil Hunt)
    - Implications for PSTC

Gary noted that the energy has moved to other standards-efforts (i.e., SCIM) and asked whether to continue the PSTC:
- Karsten noted that the Errata from 2008 seem reasonably complete but were difficult to find.
- PSTC should publish Errata to its Home Page--and send a note to the PSTC alias that announces the Errata.
- Other than that, no objection to closing the committee.

Prateek moved to close the PSTC.  Kent Spaulding seconded the motion.
- Enterprises, App-Vendors and IDM Vendors want to know what's missing and why it's needed.  We need to develop the Use-Cases.
- Use-Cases underlay every feature and function in SPMLv2.  They were in discussions and in emails, but were not delivered as part of the standard.
- OASIS rules have changed.  TCs now may deliver such ancillary documents as Committee Notes.
- Gary asks whether participants agree that developing use-cases is important.

Action-Items:
1) Prateek will contact Dee Schurr to communicate our intentions and to confirm the procedure within OASIS.
2) Gary will coordinate with OASIS as necessary to put the Errata on the PSTC Home Page (asking Kent's help as necessary).
