[08:54] KenBaclawski: Do the members of the ICOM TC approve requesting that TC Administration hold a Special Majority Ballot to approve ICOM CSD05 contained in
https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/47246/CSPRD05-Oct-15-2012.zip as a Committee Specification?

[08:54] PeterYim: I second the motion

[08:55] KenBaclawski: The motion passed unanimously.

[08:56] KenBaclawski: To take care of comments (since there were none), I have to send an email to the ICOM mailing list that there were no comments.

[09:17] Laura: Java.net article questions / decisions:

[09:17] Laura: - add an extra section for possible future extensions, to include adding organizations as contacts to addressbook

[09:18] Laura: - it is possible to extend the list of values in the enumerations

[09:23] KenBaclawski: I suggest that we start the process of mapping at our next meeting. However, I will keep in contact with Toby to determine just how mature their PIM is at this point.

[09:28] KenBaclawski: Regarding other mappings, CMIS is a good candidate, especially their latest version which has new features.

[09:32] KenBaclawski: Peter suggests that we also try mapping to defacto standards of the companies with the largest market share in the collaborative tool market.

[09:44] KenBaclawski: Currently in progress: Internet Calendaring and Scheduling Core Object Specification (iCalendar) [RFC5545]
