  5. Review of draft spec
    1. Modify the documentation and processing expectations around row headers:

      db.rowheader.attribute =

        ## Indicates whether or not the entries in columns should be considered row headers

        attribute rowheader {

          ## Indicates that entries in the first column of the table are functionally row headers (analogous to the way that a thead provides column headers). Applies when rowheader is used as a table attribute.

          "firstcol" |

            ## Indicates that entries of a column described via colspec are functionally row headers (for cases with more than one column of row headers). Applies when rowheader is used as a colspec attribute.

            "headers" |

            ## Indicates that entries in columns have no special significance with respect to column headers.

            "norowheader" }

    2. ACTION: review the Accessible tables guide from Nathalie and send to the list whether it should be included as an Appendix to the specification or if it is an informative document for the TC.

6. Discuss item from DocBook TC: Index entries

Index term can have See also or See under to a secondary term.

ACTION: Dick to add a ticket to Sourceforge with the example.

7. Placement of info items (if sourcing to print vs ebooks) for copyright info

How to identify where certain info items are processed/rendered? Is this something that could be helped in markup, or is this more of a stylesheet issue?

Most felt this was more of a stylesheet/presentation issue.

ACTION: Dick to do further research and possibly document an example.
