- Brett Meyer voted in as TC Co-Chair

Eric Made a motion to nominate Brett Meyer as TC Co-Chair and was seconded by Gershon.  There was no discussion and the motion carried unanimously.

- Discussion of https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/SRAMP-67.  Currently, extended artifacts are limited to the "ext" namespace, making them entirely ad-hoc during runtime.  Considering supporting /[extended model]/[extended type], allowing the namespace to be extended as well.  Could support plugin architectures at *build time*.
Eric: Spec doesn't necessary have to specify exactly how to do it, but mention it should be allowed in some form.
Vince: /ext was loosely defined before we really knew how it would be used in the wild.
Brett: /ext and /[model] are not mutually exclusive.  This extension would be purely additive.
Eric: Should at least provide a schema to define how the extensions are created

- Discussing the process necessary to get started on v1.1.
Vince: All set in JIRA, but need to figure out what's necessary on the OASIS side
Gershon (spelling?): Will look into the necessary steps and report back.

Brett: Will classify each and send email with all of them.  Look over, make comments directly on the ticket, and we'll vote on each in next mtg.
Eric: Most can be in 1.1, but a few are blockers that should be considered 1.0 errata
Vince: Agreed.  Need to also look into steps necessary to correct 1.0
