- The value for this should be a set.

b) Addind new attributes for clearance: Purpose
- Purpose clearance will be a set of purposes the that pricipal is clear to claim.
- There seems to be a concepual difference between requested purpose of use and purpose clearance. The requested purpose of use should be a subset of the pricipals purpose clearance and the requested resource's approved purposes of use. 

c) Adding a note in the introduction about the consequences of this profile for recording the principal's attributes in audit.
