Seconded by Robert. Approved by consensus. dF stepped down as Chair. Phil nominated himself for the next 2 year term. dF moved to elect Phil as Chair Robert seconded. Phil elected as the new Chair by consenus. Phil asked dF to help run the committee as Secretary. dF agreed. Changes were made to the TC roster.
